PORT WINE IS DESSERT WINE (SWEET)
We'll visit 3 port wine houses in Gaia and try 7 different Port Wines - including:
- A visit to an operating historical wine cellar (2 tastings of port wine)
- A visit to a small producer (1 tasting of port wine)
- A wine tasting workshop at a modern venue with rooftop view (4 tastings of port wine)
The route is different frequently, changing according to availability of the venues, we cannot guarantee a certain port house
Port or Porto wine is what the city is famous for!
Enjoy port wine-tasting with a knowledgeable guide talking you through each tasting, including a visit to a museum and a professional tasting room + workshop learning how to taste wine.
By the end of the tour you will be able to choose the right present to take home and which is your favourite port wine type.
